-provide opportunities for participants to grow in both the sport and tradition of rodeo,
-keep rodeo culture alive in our communities,
-foster qualities of respect, manners, responsibility and perseverance,
-offer experience in dealing with both exuberant wins and hard losses,
-foster the highest level of care and regard for animal health
